In any change project the first step "Preparing for Change" is perhaps the most important. See  Managing Change

  • During this phase we revue with management their reasons for change if we were not involved in the initial planning phase. 
  • We test managements vision, reasons and commitment to the change.
  • We assess the organisations readiness and ability for the change.

We then propose a programme of work, which we will carry out alongside the client's change management team, for our client's approval. Once approved we work with staff on the details.

The next step is change implementation. If our client wishes us to do so we work with staff to make the change happen/
